1. Appointments

At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session
Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable

2. Refunds

All services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive over 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to respect scheduling.

4. Workshops & Events

All event purchases are final unless otherwise stated
If you cannot attend, your purchase may not be transferred or refunded
Policy may be determined by third-party sales policy

5. Exceptions

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.
